How to make- the best breadsticks with dipping sauce

Breadsticks are awesome, who doesn’t love them. Most people don’t realize how easy it is to make them from scratch at home. In this video I show you how to make the iconic Pizza Hut style breadsticks using a method I borrowed from Binging with Babish, with a simple and delicious dipping sauce.

Background: I started working as a hibachi chef when I was 16 at my dads restaurant here in Athens, Ga. Since then I have worked in a handful of different restaurants, cooking hibachi, mastering sushi, and even making pizza!

Ingredients:
Dough
2 tsp sugar
1+ 1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp active dry yeast
1/8 cup olive oil
2+ 1/2 cups bread flour
1 tsp salt

Sauce
1 can of tomato sauce
2 tbsp dry oregano
1 tbsp dry basil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar

Garlic Parmesan topping
1/4 cup dry Parmesan
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dry basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
