2 Green Chillies
8 Medium Tomatoes
50 ml Sieved tomatoes (passata)
50 ml Water
50g Sev
50g Fresh Coriander
1 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
1/2 Tsp Asafoetida (hing)
1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Red Dried Chilli
3/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
3/4 Tsp Chilli Powder
3/4 Tsp Cumin and Coriander Powder mix
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon and Clove powder mix
