I've been struggling lately... with my mental health since losing our first child. I'm struggling with trying to move forward, I'm struggling with figuring how the futures going to look going forward, how I've been feeling about YouTube and my podcast. All the thoughts have been flowing and have simply realized that I haven't been taking care of my own mental health. So, today we are having a chatty vlog about it all!
