Manon Colmant and Mark Jones believe that a healthy body equals happiness.

The founders of Happy Culture Kombucha are certainly on to something. Their iteration of the eastern green tea beverage is a fizzy, delicious drink that has a host of healthy properties, such as probiotics, organic acids, antioxidants, vitamins and digestive enzymes - promoting a healthy gut and overall wellbeing.

Manon comes from a family of bubble-lovers, her father is the owner of Colmant wine farm, which specialises in the production of MCC. Together with Mark, she produces Happy Culture at the farm in Franschoek, using their background and experience in making Methode cap Classique (MCC) at Colmant to create a delicious, equally as bubbly drink. Happy Culture is handcrafted using authentic methods, mineral groundwater, organic green tea and the best natural ingredients.
