What should I feed my pet? That's one of the most common concerns any pet owner has once they get a pet or even while owning a pet. No one seems to agree on this question which is why I like to talk to experts about this topic. Dr. Bullen is one such person. She's a veterinarian who specializes in nutrition and works exclusively on tailoring diets for pets, based on their individual needs and the pet guardian's wishes. I interviewed her last year and this year I wanted to sit down with her a second time to review some of the previous topics we discussed, and talk about new ones. I hope you enjoy and get some value out of this interview. I have a few more scheduled with other sub-specialists in various fields coming up, so stay tuned for those as well. Also quick disclaimer - I definitely messed up the zoom settings somehow and it only showed my face for much of this. Hopefully that's ok because I figure most of you will be listening to this anyways. I'll be posting clips in the future too.

Last year I was able to interview a veterinary nutritionist, Dr. Bullen, to talk about all sorts of things related to pet nutrition. I recently became a member of the Balto community. Balto makes braces for dogs and I plan to use the neck braces for cases of cervical spinal instability. I think these braces are less cumbersome and much easier to place compared to traditional bandaging measures. If you think your pet may benefit from a brace of some kind, here is the link to their website:
