What we got up to in this video...

We left Dhiffushi for the island of Fulidhoo located in the Vaavu Atoll south of Male! It was a very long trip on the public ferry and the trip was super choppy but after arriving we settled into our accommodation and went out to explore the island. We found a special spot on the jetty where you could see nurse sharks and sting rays, we spent most of our time here.

We celebrated Jess’s 25th birthday on the island and it was very special relaxing and taking in the beauty of this island. We slowed down our pace in the Maldives and it was nice to catch up with everything and also to spend quality time together (even though we spend 24hours a day together).

This island was very different to the other two we had visited so far in the Maldives. We preferred the others so far we think they offered more and we had overall a better experience.
