Hello and welcome back to the channel and to our first video in our Maldives series. We wanted to see if you could really do the Maldives on a budget so watch us we explore different local islands.

Welcome to our first island we visited in the Maldives called Thulusdhoo! This island is situated north of Male and is the capital of the Kaafu Atoll.

We immediately fell in love with this island as it has loads to offer, a very nice bikini beach with free sun loungers, cool area to watch the surfers, an amazing sunset spot and sandbar.

We immediately felt super relaxed and was excited to start our journey on this island. Maldivian food is absolutely incredible also.
