Today, we're going to show you how to make easy red lentil kebab patties for delicious burgers. Yes, you heard it right! We're going to skip the meat and switch to a healthier and more delicious option that's going to blow your mind away.

INGREDIENTS: To make these kebab patties, you'll need: - 1 cup of red lentils - 1 small onion - 2 garlic cloves - Green chilli - Green peppers - 1 Cup of chickpeas flour - 1/2 cup of Almond flour - 1 tsp lemon juice - A handful of fresh parsley or coriander - Spices: cumin, salt, black pepper, paprika or cayenne pepper - 3-4 tablespoons of oil - Burger buns and toppings of your choice

COOKING PROCESS: First, we'll soak our red lentils in room temperature water for around 3-4 hours. Then we'll rinse them well and set them aside. Next, we'll finely chop our onion, garlic, and parsley, Then we'll add our lentils into a food processor or blender and give it a few pulses to roughly break them down. After that, we'll add our chopped onions, garlic, parsley, green pepper, carrots, and spice mix. We'll give it a good mix. Once you have your mixture ready, apply some oil to your hands and shape the lentil mixture into patties. Heat a frying pan on medium-high heat, pour in some oil, then add your patties and cook until they become golden brown on both sides.

SERVING: Now, our red lentil kabab patties are ready. You can eat them as is with the choice of your dip, or place them in between some soft burger buns, and add veggies, and any toppings of your choice.
