This game has some bugs, so read on if you are planning on having a go.

One of my favourite BBC games so far. It's a platform puzzle adventure. You need to find objects and use them to allow you to get to other areas, and eventually use the ring in the last room.
You start with 100 health, but you gain more by completing tasks. You can gain an extra 280 health in total. Shooting costs 1 health, but you regain it if you kill an enemy.
You can carry 3 objects at once, so planning your route and leaving items for later is important.
It has 106 rooms in total (plus the end message room that you don't walk in). I've put the map at the end to show it all, including a few rooms I didn't go in on this run.
There are general enemies you can kill by shooting them, and big enemies that kill you in one hit that must be killed in other ways (sword, holy water, stake, fireball).
Some wall can be walked through, and one opens when you place the crosses in a particular room.
You get score, though it's largely unimportant. I think 70 is the top score you can get.
At the top of the screen it shows the location, health, score, room position (xx:yy), and your three inventory slots/items.

When I first started playing this it didn't look like anyone in the BBC Micro scene knew how to finish it. I mapped it, then got stuck trying to kill Dracula. Luckily someone on the Stardot forum worked out that the blue room wakes him, so you have to stake him while he's asleep, then the last cross was also found behind a wall you can go through. I then got to the end room, but it was dark. THERE IS A BUG! After investigation, someone on the forum found that shooting Frankenstein's Monster to the right of you causes the bug. MAKE SURE TO SHOOT LEFT in room 35 02, like I do at 09:45. If you shoot right you may be able to fix it by picking up the fireball again and throwing it left.
Also you have to be very careful that you pick up the Spell Book in an empty slot and have the Ring and Scroll, otherwise you will be stuck. You also have to place the ring in the centre of the thing sticking out of the water, or it will lock up.
