Ruby Huntress of Vale - Support Characters

Progress on implementing 'tag' in support characters. Still a Work in Progress.
How it works: Each partner character has 2 support characters assigned to them, and both Ruby and the partner can call them with either:

Block + Shoot
OR
Block + Semblance

Available only after team RWBY reunites in Chapter 4,
Weiss, Blake, and Yang are easy - It will be the remaining two team members not active in the fight.

Other characters? Depending they may have their own specific to them.

Keep in mind Ruby will not be able to call in support when fighting solo.
