How to Embroider the Corded Detached Buttonhole Stitch- DIY Embroidery Video Tutorial

Описание к видео How to Embroider the Corded Detached Buttonhole Stitch- DIY Embroidery Video Tutorial

This stitch looks like knitting and creates raised rows of stitches on the front of the fabric. Start by outlining the shape with the back stitch. Then bring the needle up in the bottom left corner of the shape. Slide the needle under the back stitch and over the thread coming out of the fabric (the working thread). Gently tug so that the thread creates a connected loop on the front of the fabric. Repeat along the entire row. With the first row stitched, slide the needle underneath the next row of outline back stitches. Pulling the thread to create a straight line above the row you just stitched. For the next row, slide the needle underneath the top stitch of the first row and the straight thread, then over the working thread. Gently tug the thread to create a connected loop in the second row on the front of the fabric. Continue adding rows until the entire shape is filled in.
