I’ve used foam and wrapped this in tin foil. I placed skewers in the wrapped foam to place the ornaments on top.

To get a basecoat I dabbed white alcohol ink around the ornament. After these preparations I started to add different colours of alcohol ink on the ornament.

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 | 𝑪𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒎𝒂𝒔 𝑶𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 | 𝑮𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒉𝒐𝒍 𝒊𝒏𝒌
I’ve used a funnel to place the ornament on top. There are different sizes, some are not that easy to place, but eventually it will fit.

While using the funnel it’s easier to place the alcohol ink also on the sides or the official top of the ornament, instead only on the bottom when placed upside down on a skewer.

Also with this method I dabbed white alcohol ink for a basecoat before adding the colours alcohol ink.
