VOLVO PENTA TURBO PROBLEM 2021

VOLVO PENTA TURBO PROBLEMS.
Placed in a boat called North West 900 (Swedish) , 1995 model.
In the summer of 2020, the boat was gusting at 12 knots and 2000 r/min. Maximum speed 16 knots at 3200 r/min. When the boat was put back on the water in the spring of 2021, the boat had a maximum speed of 8 knots and 2000 r/min with full throttle. Something was wrong!

I am a member of a Norwegian facebook group "Vi med Volvo Penta". Posted video and pictures of the problem and got lots of tips/suggestions :-)

I'm not a mechanic, but I did what I could and listened to advice. The result was a turbo that worked again. There's probably a need for service, but I can take that for the winter. Now I know the problem if it should occur again.
