This 30 minute Vinyasa Yoga Flow is a beautiful sequence designed to improve your leg flexibility. Today we will mainly focus on a number of feel good and effective stretches for your hamstrings. Within this 30 minute Flexibility Yoga Flow you will find a through full body warm up with a little muscle activation (hamstrings and core). Then we will continue with a standing sequence that will include a number of balancing poses and interesting transitions. To achieve a full body flexibility effect we will try a few twists and bounds to make our back feel alive. And then we will finish this practice with seated stretches for our hips, hamstrings and lower back. Turtle or tortoise pose will be a final feel good stretch of this 30 minute vinyasa yoga flow for full body flexibility.

Within this 30 min full body flexibility yoga practice you can expect smooth flowing movements, feel good stretches, deep conscious breathing, soft guidance, ocean waves and soothing music.

I encourage you to take it slow and be mindful of every movement and every stretch that you create. Flexibility might take time so we need to be patient and consistent. Every time we step onto the mat is a blessing and a gift that we give to our body, soul and mind. You will notice that as we stretch we begin to let go of unnecessary tension and thoughts, worries and fear. We grant ourselves an opportunity to dive deeper into ourselves and step away from the outside world. It is a beautiful reason to feel grateful.

Remember that consistency will inevitably bring results. Therefore you can repeat this yoga routine 2-3 times a week to see some progress. Depending on your flexibility you might need a set of blocks (you can grab a couple of books) and a folded blanket or towel.

Throughout this practice I will keep reminding you to find connection to your breathing. Try not to neglect it as it plays a huge role in your yoga practice. It allows you to be present and aware. It reveals tension and resistance. It allows to surrender and let go.
