Today I smoked some ribs for throw it on Thursday. Unfortunately, I forgot to thaw out the ribs before smoking them.

Here is what I did… (that I do NOT recommend)

Unthaw the ribs in the smoker at 300° for 1.5 hours.
After thawed, flavor with your favorite rub.
Smoke ribs at 325°F for 2 hours.
Wrap ribs in aluminum foil and smoke for 1.5 hours at 300°F.
Coat with your favorite barbecue sauce and smoke for 1/2 hour.

Remove from smoker serve and enjoy. 

I believe my ribs turned out a bit dry. If I were to do this again, I would do the following:
Thaw - 300° 1.5 hours
Smoke - 275° 2 hours
Wrap - 275° 1.5 hours
Finish with sauce - 250° 1/2 hours
