STRENGTHTAPE® Kinesiology Tape can assist to relieve the pain and improve function for faster recovery. Pain at the hip can take many forms and can be due to knots in the muscle (known as trigger points), iliotibial band syndrome if associated with lateral knee pain, bursitis, and poor gait mechanics. The pain is typically a deep and nagging ache that can be relieved by stretching or massage. Rest and icing after activity can be very helpful. Please remember to visit a healthcare professional for evaluation. STRENGTHTAPE® will stick for up to 7 days.

Tips:
Apply tape directly to skin (we are taping over clothing for demonstration purposes only)
Don't touch adhesive
Remove backing paper completely before laying ends down
Press ends down with no stretch
Rub all loose edges down
If having difficulty self-applying, have another person apply
