Biodiversity of Margalla Hills - مارگلہ اسلام آباد

This short film video is a discovery into the wilderness and serenity of Margalla Hills National Park. The National Park is one of its kind where wildlife & nature thrives. In the monsoon season this park becomes super active with lot of noise from wild species of all kind, invertebrates, birds, mammals and reptiles. There is so much on the offering, there are trails for trekking and citizens get to watch the nature up close.
The park is facing some threats from urbanization and city is exceeding its boundaries into the par, businessman want resorts and farm houses in the hills at the cost of wildlife. We need our wildlife to thrive in order to keep our Ecosystems alive.
