Ingredients :-

Mutton 1 kg
Basmati Rice half kg
Papaya Paste 2 teaspoon
Green Chili 10-12
Almonds 10-12
Salt 2 teaspoon
Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
Lemon juice 3 lemon
Curd half kg
Milk 250ml / 2 cups
Fresh cream 1 cup
Water 1 ½
Salt 2 teaspoon
Cinnamon 1
Cloves 4
Cardamom 4-5
Caraway seeds ¼ Teaspoon
Oil 2 teaspoon
Green chili 4
Onion 1
Coriander leaves 3 teaspoon
Ghee 1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder 2 pinch
