Ingredients

500g of minced beef -
1 tin and half of chopped tomatoes or Passata
1 red onion
1 white onion
3 tbsps of oil
1/2 pepper chopped
3 crushed garlic
Handful of fresh corriander
3 medium sized potatoes
2 tsp vegetable seasoning
2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp Italian dried herbs
1 heaped tsp of Paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 of pepper to add at the end

500g Hilib shiid shiidan
1 gasac iyo bar oo yaanyo ah ama mida shiidan
3 qaado saliid ah
1 basal guduud
1 basal cad
1/2 barbarooni
3 toon
In gacan la eg oo Kabsar ah
3 bataati ah
2 qaado yar xawaajiga qudaarta
2 qaado yar kabsar shiidan
1/2 qaado yar caleenta qalalan ( dry herbs)
1 qaado buuxda Barbaari shiidan
Cusbo iyo fil fil shiidan
1/2 barbaaroni marka u dambeeso ku dar
