Red Velvet Cake + Cream Cheese Frosting + Whipped Cream Recipe

✔️Cake Batter
1 cup sugar [200 grams]
1 whole egg [60 grams]
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter [120 ml]
1/2 cup oil (any cooking oil) [120 ml]
1 cup fresh milk [240 ml]
1 tsp vanilla extract [5 ml]
1 tbsp white vinegar [15 ml]
1 tbsp red food dye [15 ml]
2 cups all purpose flour [270 grams]
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder [24 grams]
1 tsp baking soda [5 grams]
1 tsp baking powder [5 grams]
1/2 tsp salt [3 grams]

✔️Frosting
3/4 cup cream cheese [170 grams]
3/4 cup powdered sugar [100 grams]
3/4 cup unsalted butter [170 grams]
1/2 tsp vanilla extract [2.5 ml]

✔️Whipped Cream
1/2 cup all purpose cream / heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar [30 grams]
1/4 tsp vanilla extract [1.25ml]

🎛Bake in a preheated oven @ 180°C or 360°F for about 30 mins. or more as needed until cake top is firm.
•Cake Pan size: 8 x 3 inch
