양념:
진간장 2큰술
고운고춧가루 1큰술
다진마늘 1큰술
설탕 2큰술
물엿 4큰술
식초 1큰술
굴소스 2/3큰술
케첩 2/3큰술

Ingredients -

Chicken boneless 500g
2 hot peppers
2 tablespoons of wine
2 tablespoons ginger juice
2/3 cup fried chicken powder
1/2 cup frying powder
120ml of water
Salt and pepper

Sauce:
2 spoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon fine red pepper powder
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of starch syrup
1 tablespoon of vinegar
2/3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2/3 tablespoon ketchup
