Nestled between the Yvytypanema Mountains and Lake Ypacaraí, the 135-square-meter home carefully preserves its natural surroundings. Strategically placed at the back of the lot amidst a forest, the house prioritizes privacy and connection to nature. Its design embraces the land’s topography with terraces that blend indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly, creating a continuous interaction with the environment. Locally sourced stone and ceramics enhance sustainability, while unique features like interior gardens in the bathrooms and an evapotranspiration chamber reflect thoughtful environmental care. The home’s openings act as “green frames,” capturing picturesque views and fostering a sense of tranquility. Miracle House celebrates the beauty of its setting, demonstrating how architecture can respectfully coexist with and even enhance the natural landscape.
