This is a follow along for how to get the splits (front splits). Telling you in advance that there is some sound issue because of the wind.
As a former gymnast and dancer I will guide you through the 6 best splits stretches to get the splits. You will get the splits in no time, if you're consistent.
Make sure to warm up first to avoid any injury (for me it also feels less painful when the body is warmed up), and try to do these legs stretching exercises daily or at least 3 times a week to get the split fast. Don’t forget to breath when doing the split stretches; when you exhale that’s when you go lower as you are releasing. Happy splits training!
