I recently completed 75 Soft, an adaptation of Andy Frisellas 75 Hard Challenge. For the past 75 Days I drank over 3 liters of water, worked out for at least 45 minutes (with one day a week allowed for active recovery), stayed under 2000 calories, only drank on social occasions, and read multiple books!
