This is my version of how to make Otap. Otap is traditional sweet pastry from Cebu Phillipines.

Ingredients:

All purpose flour 208 grams
Salt 3/4 tsp
Ice cold water 108 grams or 105ml
Cold butter 150 grams

Melter butter 60 grams for brushing
Sugar 50 grams

Bake in a preheated oven 200°c for 10 minutes then adjust the heat to 160°c continue baking for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Note: Make sure your pastry dough is chilled for 15 minutes before you bake to make your Otap flaky and crunchy.
