CHEAPEST BOAT to LUZON - Driving to Manila For My Wedding (Becoming Filipino)

THIS BOAT RIDE FROM ALLEN TO MATNOG IS THE CHEAPEST AND MOST ECONOMICAL ROUTE TO LUZON...

The drive to Manila from Davao continues! On this day, we start in Tacloban and then make our way across San Juanico bridge to Samar. This section of road up the coast of Samar province is probably the hardest road in the Philippines. It is full of potholes and still needs a lot of construction work. We stop for coffee in Catbalogan City, eat a great lunch in Calbayog City, and then find ourselves in Northern Samar, and the gateway to Luzon!

There are plenty of boats that operate all day and night to Bicol... for a car, this is the cheapest route to Manila, rather than going inter island.

My wedding is soon... and I gotta get up north!
