Pork curry (ingredient list provided)

Pork Curry is one of my favourite dishes since young. But those days, most of the pork curry i ate outside were using wild boar. U may use any cuts from the pork for this dish.

Ingredients:
250g of pork loin, cut into thin slices (marinate with some salt and pepper)
1-2 potatoes, cut into small chucks
1 bowl of chick stock
1 small bowl of coconut milk

Fresh Herbs:
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of sliced shallot
1 tablespoon of chopped ginger
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh coriander roots
½ tomato, chopped

Curry Powders:
Approx. 2 tablespoons of red chili powder
Approx. 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
Approx. 1 tablespoon of coriander powder
Approx. 1 tablespoon of curry meat powder (optional)

Seasoning:
A little bit of light soy sauce
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
Few drops of Ong Ky premium fish sauce
