In this 30 minute kettlebell Workout is a mixture of kettlebell and bodyweight exercises. We will be having 30 different exercises, each exercise for 45 seconds and with 15 seconds rest in between. After the first 15x exercises we will have 50 seconds rest and then we will continue the workout.

If you want to increase the intensity of this workout you can simply increase the weights of the kettlebell that you are using or/and add 2-3 more rounds to this workout so you can increase the volume of the workout.


In this workout I'm using a 12kg, 16kg and 20kg kettlebell of KettlebellKings :

13. Decline Narrow Chest Press To Pullover

16. High Plank Deadlift Upright Row
17. Reverse Plank Knee Tuck
18. Kettlebell 8 Lateral Lunge
19. Low Plank Touch Plank Get Up
20. Single Arm 4x Row & Get Up (R)
