Many people with anxiety experience something called air hunger (the feeling that you aren't getting enough air). PLEASE NOTE: When I show the water level lowering and rising (during "Howard's 'Sciencey Stuff'") the water line in the metaphor represents the "strength of acid" (so in this example the line falling would be moving towards more alkaline). It's simply a metaphor AND I point this out as usually people refer to lower pH as more acidic, so don't want anyone getting confused.
