#12. Classic Mini Auxiliary Cooling. Keeping it cool during summer time!

Overheating in the super hot Greek summers places a challenge not just on a Classic Mini but on any car for that matter! In trying to increase the cooling capacity of Bob so as to be able to handle temperatures in excess of 40 degrees Centigrade (104 F), for which it was definitely not designed for, I came up with a very simple yet quite effective way of making sure I won't be frying eggs on my radiator each time the temperature skyrockets during summer.

I have tested the solution by driving almost 10,000 kms between June 2021 to early September and I was delighted by the effectiveness of the system!

That's one more concern off of my head in preparing Bob to roam the world!

--------Important tech stuff ( or so to speak)-------
An overheating car does not necessarily mean the radiator is at fault. Fuel mixture, wrong timming , and other factors can play an important role in making an engine run hotter than expected.
