Alu Posto, that is Potato curry with posto bata (poppy seed's paste) is a very easy and tasty recipe! This recipe most of the time use no turmeric powder. As no turmeric powder/ haldi used, this recipe is the traditional Bengali style white aloo posto recipe! White Aloo posto/ Sada aloo posto is a well known tasty dish. Here is our variation of quick alu posto recipe which has some light poppy seed paste gravy! This Bengali style Alu posto recipe is a must try for every Bengali.

আমরা এখানে শিখে নেবো আলু পোস্ত বানানোর খুব সহজ রেসিপি । পোস্ত বাঁটার জন্য বেশি ঝামেলা নেই, সহজেই মিক্সার গ্রিন্ডার এ সামান্য জল সহযোগে পেস্ট বানিয়ে নেওয়া যাবে। আর সাথে দরকার পেঁয়াজ কুচি, কিছু কাচা লঙ্কা কুচি, সামান্য সর্ষের তেল ও স্বাদ মত লবণ। সহজ উপায়ে কম সময়ে হলুদ ছাড়া সাদা আলু পোস্ত বানানো যারা জানেননা তারা অবশ্যই এই রেসিপি টা দেখুন! আর ভিডিও ভালো লাগলে লাইক ও সাবস্ক্রাইব অবশ্যই করবেন।
