Swami Suddhananda Giri of the Yogoda Satsanga Society of India (YSS) gave an inspirational talk at Yogananda Meditation Circle, IIT Madras. The talk covers practical means to discover and tap our true potential with the help of yoga and meditation.

Swamiji is an alumnus of IIT Madras. He graduated as an electrical engineer from the institute in 1975, after which he worked at BARC for five years before joining YSS as a sannyasi.

Yogoda Satsanga Society of India (YSS) was founded by Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda, author of the spiritual classic "Autobiography of a Yogi" in 1917.
