Ingredients:
Rasam:
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp White Lentils (Urad Dal)
1/2 Ginger Paste
3 Tomatoes (chopped)
2 tbsp Rasam Masala
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
3 tbsp Tamarind Juice
2 tbsp Jaggery
Salt
2 tbsp Spilt Pigoen Peas (cooked)
8-10 Curry Leaves
3 cups Water

Tempering/Tadka:
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
2 Boriya Red Dry Chillies
10-12 Curry Leaves
1/2 tsp Asafoetida

Vada:
Urad Dal Bater
1/2 cup grated Coconut
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt
1 tsp Ginger & Chilli Paste
