Oreo Macarons are the perfect treat and tastes just like Oreo cookies, but of course looks very pretty. I love macarons because they are so light, delicate and outrageously delicious with the perfect Oreo cream filling in the middle. They are so fun to make and also perfect for gifts!

Makes - 12 Macarons

Ingredients used:

For the Macarons
Almond Flour - 50g
Powdered Sugar - 40g
Egg Whites - 40g
Sugar - 40g
Food Colouring - Sky Blue

For the Cream Filling
Egg Yolk - 1
Sugar - 10g
Milk - 25g
Salted Butter - 60g
Vanilla Extract - ½ tsp
Oreo Cookie Cream - 25g
Crushed Oreo (without cream) - 5g
