Thanks for watching!I had been meaning to create this video for over 2 years, from when this was all filmed. However, things got in the way but I finally decided to get it done! I can't believe, I said yes to doing something like this. I went from not having any former training to begin with to pulling something together. When you accept challenges and put the effort in it's amazing what you can accomplish.I can't wait to create more videos like this, tracking progress is one of the best things you can do.
