At 51, I quit drinking, overhauled my nutrition, and committed to consistent workouts. 💪

That started as a challenge to see how lean and strong I could get… turned into something much bigger.

In this clip (6 months into my transformation), I stopped mid-workout to share why I gave up alcohol and chose discipline over old habits.

Quitting alcohol wasn’t just about looking leaner. It gave me:

Mental clarity
Discipline
A new mindset I call my Eye of the Tiger focus

This fitness transformation journey proves one thing. Real change is possible at any age. Start with one habit. Trade a bad one for a healthy one. Over time, those small changes compound, and they can transform your entire life.
