Bleachers are the solution to a big powerful run in the pole vault. My brothers and I did these at least once a week almost all year long in high school and college. Adding the weight vest makes them that much harder/better. One thing to note...All bleachers are different. That means if your local high school or college only has a 5 or 10 bench bleachers set I would search around. Maybe you even attend a pole vault camp at a high school or college that has a nice set of bleachers ;)

I have found most tracks over the Summer are open to the public. Don't hop any fences haha!
