Khatti Daal
Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pani (Water) 2-3 Cups or as required
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1-2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Mong daal (Yellow lentil gram) 1/4 Cup (soaked for 10-15 minutes)
-Masoor daal (Orange lentil gram) 3/4 Cup (soaked for 10-15 minutes)
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) cubes 2 medium
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ½ Cup
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 4-5
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
-Kari pata (Curry leaves) 15-20

Directions:
-In pot,add water,red chili powder,turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,fresh coriander,green chili, yellow lentil gram,orange lentil gram,tomatoes,mix well and bring it to boil.
-Cover partially and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes or until tender then blend well with the help of the blender.
-Add tamarind pulp,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,button red chillies and mix.
-Add cumin seeds,curry leaves and fry for 30 seconds.
-Now pour tadka in daal & serve!

Ajza:

Directions:
-Pot mein pani,lal mirch powder,haldee powder,namak,adrak lehsan paste,hara dhania,hari mirch,mong daal,masoor daal aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Partially dhak dein aur halki ancch per 20-25 minutes ya daal gul janay tak paka lein phir hand blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Imli pulp dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur sabut lal mirch dal ker mix karein.
-Zeera aur kari pata dal ker 30 seconds kliya fry ker lein.
-Daal per tadka dal ker serve karein.
