This video will show you how to do Recovery Run and Cooling down Exercises after Running or any other sports event. Which will help your muscles to recovery early and prepare you for the next training session. Prepared by Captain Amrish Adhana(Olympian Coach) good for all athletes.

Importance of Cooling Down or Warming down:-
Cooling down -or warming down is an easy exercise, done after more intense activity, to allow the body to gradually transition to a resting or near-resting state. Depending on the intensity of the exercise, cooling down can involve a slow jog or walk. With lower intensities, stretching can be used. Cooling down allows the heart rate to return to its resting rate.
The study has shown that athletes who perform appropriate cool-down are less likely to become injured.
