Kashmir Diaries - Day 11: Farewell and the Beauty of Sudhan Gali
Welcome to Day 11 of our Kashmir Diaries! After a hearty breakfast, we bid farewell to our relatives and left our ancestral village. Our trip is now coming to an end, and we're making our way back to Lahore. However, our first stop before heading directly to Lahore is the beautiful Sudhan Gali in Bagh.

On our way, we stopped at Bagh Bazar and picked up some snacks from the famous Ahmad Bakery of Bagh. With our treats in hand, we continued towards Sudhan Gali. This top tourist spot in Kashmir is renowned for its heavenly scenery, high altitude, dense tree canopy, and abundant greenery.

Upon reaching Sudhan Gali, we checked into a guest house, placed our luggage in our rooms, and enjoyed some tea. We then set off to explore the view point of Sudhan Gali, a must-visit spot for anyone on a Kashmir tour. The track to the viewpoint starts as a road and gradually turns into a grass path as we ascended, passing through an undeveloped but stunning jungle.

After a 30-minute walk, we reached a breathtaking spot where the peak of Ganga Choti, our destination for tomorrow, can be seen. The area was majestic, with flat grounds, a scenic view, and wild horses roaming freely. This was truly one of the most picturesque tourist spots in Kashmir.

As the sun set, we made our way back to the guest house and settled in for the night at one of the best Sudhan Gali hotels. The day was filled with adventure and beauty, showcasing the best of tourism in Kashmir.

As an essential stop for anyone exploring Kashmir, Sudhan Gali offers a blend of natural beauty, adventure, and relaxation, exemplifying the untouched splendor that makes Kashmir such a coveted destination for tourists.
