Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍

Ingredients

Jackfruit Seeds -2cup
Small onions -15
or
big onion -1
Turmeric Powder -1/4tsp
Crushed chilli -2tsp
or
Chilli Powder - 11/4tsp
Oil -3tbsp
Curryleaves-
Garlic -2
Salt -
Water -1/2 cup

Cut a chakkakuru into half and peel the skin off. Then slice it into small pieces. If it dry the peeling would be more easy. Wash and clean the chakkakuru and cook it in the cooker. Add some salt ,turmeric and water keep it on medium flame for 1 whistle.Dont put more water. The chakkakuru cannot be overdone. After the whistle comes let the pressure release by itself.
Take another kadai and heat some oil.On medium flame add some shallots,curry leaves and 2 cloves of garlic. Add salt. Allow the shallots turn brown.Then add crushed chilly flakes. Also add green chillies.Now add the boiled chakkakuru into this seasoning. Roast it well and add a bit of coconut oil and curry leaves. Close it for 5 mins. Serve hot with rice.
