Last MX training of the year with The Family 15 Racing in Abanilla, Spain!

On the 17th of December 2023 we had the last training of the year with the Family 15 Racing. It was an amazing day here on the Spanish South/East coast, with bright blue skies and a lovely temperature. As always Carlos and had prepared a great event. We were also joined by some other clubs from the region. This training was held at the Abanilla circuit, which actually comprises of 2 circuits. A small one for the beginners and the smaller riders and a large circuit with high jumps, long stretches and some tricky curves for the more advanced riders. The turnout was really good. All categories were present from 50CC to 65CC and from the 85CC´s to the 125CC´s. Photographer Jonathan Vazquez was also present so check out our Instagram for some amazing photos! Jac & Kayden did the first few rounds with the 85CC category because this would be the first time that they would be riding with a lot more (and a lot more experienced) 125CC´s in their own category. After the first 2 rounds Carlos let them join the 125CC category. They had to get used to it a bit at the start, but adjusted very quick. Towards the end of the training there was a small pile up of bikes after a blind turn, but luckily nobody was injured. Just some scrapes on some bikes and maybe some dented egos. The 2 KTM SX 125, 2024 models are keeping up perfect. We are very impressed by them! This week there will be no training so we will tighten all nuts and bolts and spend some time tightening the spokes, cleaning the filters and make sure the bikes are oiled and greased up for the next outing!
