I love finding ways to level up a workout so when I started incorporating the Balance Pad and this at home Pilates Board I started noticing results faster. Adding a balance pad with a Pilates Reformer will challenge your muscles in a greater way than doing the same exercises the traditional way. In this video I give 3 starter exercises to do using the balance pad with 28 Pilates board.

I follow the workout routines from the 28 Pilates virtual classes but add an extra challenge but standing on an uneven surface.
