The first proper frosts have come to my part of Nova Scotia and they have wreaked their inevitable havoc on all the remaining Summer tender plants like Dahlias and Cosmos. The frost has also put an end to my beautiful Castor Bean plant. Join me in the sad job of chopping it done and salvaging the seeds ready to plant up more of these fantastic plants next year.
