Today's quick flow is all about building heat and strength in the body. Using our breath we explore all 3 variations of Warrior postures, while transitioning through some sun salutations. This is a great practice to do in the morning as it stretches out the entire body, or as a quick pick me up through out your day. #yoga #warrior #sunsalutations

YOU WILL NEED: 2 BLOCKS (recommended but not necessary)
