Moong Dal Pizza
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup Mother's Choice moong dal
500 ml water
Salt to taste
½ cup water
1 tsp refined flour
1 tsp baking soda
For the vegetables
1 tbsp oil
½ cup chopped onions
2 tbsp chopped garlic
½ cup chopped capsicum
½ cup chopped red peppers
½ cup chopped yellow peppers
Salt to taste
2 chopped green chillies
½ cup corn
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano
Pinch of sugar
1 tsp chopped parsley
For cooking the pizza base
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp pizza sauce
½ cup grated cheese

Method:
1. Soak the Mother's Choice moong dal in water for 4 hours, then strain & transfer to another bowl.
2. Now add the rest of the ingredients and grind it to a smooth batter then rest the batter for 30 minutes.
3. Now for the vegetables, heat the oil in a pan & sauté the onions & garlic till translucent.
4. Next add the vegetables & season with salt , fry for 2 minutes on high heat, then add the corn & chillies & rest of the spices & herbs, once cooked remove & keep aside.
5. For making the pizza, heat the oil in a wide pan & pour some batter into it, spread evenly to form a round base.
6. Now add some of the fried vegetables to the top & press it in. Once the bottom starts to colour, flip it over & cook the vegetable's side for 1 minute.
7. Flip the base again & top with pizza sauce, cheese & the rest of the vegetables.
8. Cover with a lid & cook on low heat till the cheese melts.
9. Serve hot & garnish with more chilli flakes & oregano.
10. Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!
