Join us for the 50 For 50 challenge. We're doing 50 push-ups a day for 50 days starting 1/1/26. You don't have to start with full push-ups. If you 're not ready for that just begin with push-ups on the counter; or on your knees. Just get started because push-ups are super healthy as you'll learn in the video. Here are some of the top benefits:
Builds Upper-Body Strength: They primarily target the chest (pectorals), shoulders (deltoids), and arms (triceps).
Enhances Core Stability: Maintaining a plank position during the movement engages the abdominals, obliques, and lower back, which improves overall balance and spinal stability.
