Cape York, June 2023

We've only just completed our epic two week trip to the tip of Cape York and back, and couldn't wait to put our video together; so we're skipping ahead in our chronological order of videos to share this one now. This is longer than our usual videos, but it's a huge trip to the northern-most part of the Australian mainland and there's a lot to see!
A special part of the trek was swimming in the beautiful falls on the Cape, and we share our footage of Fruit Bat Falls, Eliot Falls, Twin Falls, and the Saucepan. Even though we took our caravan up on the PDR, we also dropped the van and explored some of the Old Telegraph Track crossings (Sam Creek was our favourite).
On our return trip, we visited Weipa & Pennefather Beach, and detoured through the amazing Lakefield National Park, before cruising towards Cooktown on Battle Camp Road.
