This is a speed run of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain from the start of the game up until the first ending completed in 2:51:25 real-time, and 2:41:05 game time. All missions are completed with S Rank although that's not necessary for this category.

This is technically the world record but only because no one else has run this category yet.

A few comments:
Game is played in Offline Mode to reduce loading times.
Reflex mode is off to save time.
You only need to complete 2/3 of missions 3-5 and 3/4 of missions 7-10 to continue the main storyline.
Side Ops 82 spawns once you complete 3/4 missions 7-10 AND the medical platform is finished building.
