[Heavy Bag - Double-Leg Takedown and Ground Striking Combo]

Work on the basic ground and pound strategy on a freestanding heavy bag or hanging heavy bag held upright on the ground. Start by executing a Double-Leg Takedown technique and climb forward to the Full Mount position on the heavy bag. Execute a striking combination (for example: Lead Full Mount Straight Punch/ Rear Full Mount Straight Punch/ Lead Full Mount Straight Punch/ Rear Full Mount Forward Elbow). Stand back up and Stomp Kick. Repeat the process for the allotted timeframe, starting again with the Double-Leg Takedown. Execute your takedowns on both sides, and mix up your ground striking combinations.
